Booking and cancellation policy

PEI’s summer rental season is short .

If you reserve one of our units ,we will be turning down several other opportunities to rent that unit.

Late cancellations, therefore, can have a serious impact on our short season of business.

We have had some disappointing customers in the past - because of their credit card issues, we never received our late cancellation or rebooking fees AND suffered lost income.

Our business cannot survive under those conditions, so we needed to implement a FIRM reservation payment AND cancellation policy .

PEI Cottages are inspected and licensed by PEI Dept of Tourism and rated by Canada Select

Here is our policy -

Making a reservation -

100% of the rental fee is charged when reservation is made.

When reservations are made far in advance we do NOT take our charges until 1st May

We can accept Email money transfers, Cash or Money Orders and Visa /Mastercard for the rental fee

Cancellation policy -

We ask for and appreciate 21 days notice

Cancellations with 21 + days’ notice = FULL refund of your deposit

Cancellations with LESS than 21 day’s notice - NO refund will be given UNLESS we rebook your time . A $100 Rebooking fee will be charged
